Construction & Installation
With extensive experiences, SA Offshore applies reasonable solutions to complex offshore oil & gas terminal construction projects.
SA Offshore provides clients with integrated solutions, from seabed facilities, through risers and umbilicals, to floating oil and gas platforms and to onshore facilities. Capabilities encompass concept design, feasibility and front-end engineering design(FEED), detailed engineering, fabrication, procurement and consulting services.
With competence in subsea pipeline tie-ins projects (36” and 44” crude oil pipeline), SA Offshore engineers have developed new innovative solution for installation recently and completed this challenging project successfully.
- CALM Buoy, Modular Single Buoy, SPAR Buoy system
- PLEM (Pipeline End Manifold),
- PLET (Pipeline End Terminal)
- FSO/FPSO Mooring component Installation
- Subsea Pipeline, Riser, Clamps
- Subsea pipeline retrieval System
Offshore windfarm construction
SA Offshore has a dedicated Renewables Energy Business that provides research and development of technical solutions of sub-structures, construction methods of plant as well as project management, engineering, installation and construction services to the offshore renewables industry, especially with offshore winds, ocean energy sectors.
Our Renewable division provides the following services:
- Foundation installation
- Power cable installation
- Diving services
- Scour protection
Offshore decommissioning works are complex, often even more than the initial installation itself. The condition of the project, its residual strength and actual as-is condition must be all be assessed and taken into careful consideration.
Our objective is to provide operators and offshore asset managers a risk-free alternative in the decommissioning work that adhere to the strict guidelines administered by the Authority.
- Preparatory engineering work
- Platform removal
- Pipeline abandonments
- Specialize cutting tools
Offshore TIE (Transportation, Installation & Engineering)
In the marginal field development phase for the oil and gas industry, SA OFFSHORESAO performs TIE (transportation, installation, engineering) of offshore facilities such as jacket, topside modules, subsea structures, buoy systems, SURF (Subsea Umbilical, Riser and Flow line), FPSOs/FSOs and other type of floating platforms for deep water.
Our activities for assets cover towage of project assets to field site, Installation of assets, tie-in, hook up, commissioning and decommissioning.
In additional, we perform engineering, developing methodology and specific tools to satisfy the requirements of each project and to execute safe and reliable offshore project.
Our Principle Areas for Offshore TIE
- Subsea Pipeline Installation
- Submarine Cable Installation
- Construction of Oil Terminals
- Design, manufacture and fabricate project specific tools
- Installation of assets
- Hook-ups and commissioning
- Decommissioning of offshore assets
Offshore IRM (Inspection, Repair & Maintenance)
Upon the completion of successful commissioning of Offshore platforms, it is very critical to provide periodic maintenance services for optimized operation and production of the fields’ infrastructure throughout the lifecycle of a field.
SA OFFSHORESAO has capabilities and skills with expertise to perform Offshore IRM services throughout ROV and diver intervention/inspection for Offshore production facilities such as Pipelines, Subsea structures, Subsea cables, FPSOs and FSOs, SPM, CBM, and PLEM, Jacket Type of Platforms, Drill rigs and ships.
